Shipping Charges

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Pulseband is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery.

If the order is returned due to multiple failed attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Damaged Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery:

-Do not accept the package.

-Record an unboxing video.

-Contact support within 72 hours of delivery.

Claims without proper evidence may not be eligible for review.
