Replacement is approved only when:
Issue is verified by Pulseband technical team.
Proper proof is submitted within 3 days.
Product is unused and in original condition.
Replacement does not mean refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible.
Refund will be credited within 7–10 working days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Pulseband strictly monitors all claims.
Fake damage claims or edited proofs will result in permanent account blocking.
Pulseband reserves the right to take legal action for fraudulent activity.
